My experience here was incredibly frustrating! Upon arrival, the receptionist didn't have a clue about my booking, and I had to show him proof. Although I was eventually given a room, it was not what I expected at all. They advertised something completely different. The location was decent, but the service was really lacking. Maintaining goodwill with guests didn’t seem to be a priority for them.
